The newlyweds hosted a grand reception in Amritsar at a five-star hotel which was attended by friends and family of both sides and some popular celebrities.
For the star-studded night the groom opted a purple sherwani embellished with gold sequins, while the bride looked ravishing wearing a heavily embellished pastel green Anarkali suit.

The theme of the night was black and gold and elaborate arrangements were made for the guests.
The newlyweds also cut a big cake on the occasion.
The reception had an exclusive performance by the acclaimed singer Daler Mehendi.
Comedians Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Bharti Singh, singer Babbu Maan and many other Punjabi celebrities attended the party. While the men were dressed in black, Bharti chose a sequinned gold gown for the party.
