New Delhi: Colors TV’s popular show ‘Ishq Mein Marjawan’ has been entertaining the viewers with its drama-packed episodes since September 2017. The thriller show starring Arjun Bijlani and Nia Sharma recently witnessed the exit of Aalisha Panwar, who played the role of Tara. Aalisha played the dual roles of Tara and Aarohi before the makers decided to bring Nia Sharma as the new Aarohi.

Popular TV actress Sonarika Bhadoria, known for her role in ‘Devon Ke Dev Mahadev’, entered ‘Ishq Mein Marjawan’ as Netra. Her entry brought a new twist in the story.

As per the latest buzz, the actress has quit the show due to creative satisfaction. Yes, you heard that right.


A report in an entertainment portal, Sonarika was not creatively satisfied with the track going forward. The beautiful actress spoke to the makers and they took the mutual decision of allowing Sonarika to leave ‘IMM’.

The ‘Prithvi Vallabh’ actress confirmed the news while talking to the portal. She is currently serving her one month’s notice period.

“Yes I have put down my paper. All I can say that it’s a mutual decision between me and the production,” Sonarika told India Forums.

Talking about ‘Ishq Mein Marjawan’, the show has seen a drop in TRPs since the past few months. Several shows on Colors channel are not performing well and it is rumoured that ‘Ishq Mein Marjawan’ has been put under scanner. The makers are trying their best to spice up things and reclaim the TRPS which the show got earlier.
