Armaan Kohli's hide and seek game with police finally got over yesterday when the former Bigg Boss contestant got nabbed by the cops in Lonavala where he was hiding out at a friend's residence. And coming out of his hideout when on the run, just to buy a different SIM card got Armaan Kohli arrested! Yes, you read it right, Bollywood actor Armaan Kohli, who is accused of assaulting his girlfriend, was arrested by Mumbai police on Tuesday. Last week, a case was registered against Armaan Kohli at Mumbai's Santacruz police station for allegedly physically assaulting his girlfriend.

Kohli was brought to Mumbai on Tuesday evening from Lonavla by Mumbai Police. He will be produced in court for police custody on Wednesday around 12 noon.

On June 3,  Armaan, in a fit of anger, pushed his girlfriend Neeru Randhawa down a flight of stairs. Neeru has also alleged that Armaan Kohli grabbed her by the hair and hit her head against the floor.

So how Armaan got arrested after hiding out for more than 10 days?

Armaan also had a fling with Tanishaa Mukerji on the sets of Bigg Boss.

Well, Arman left Mumbai soon after Neeru filed a police complaint against his physical assault and since then he was doing rounds several cities in Maharashtra like Solapur, Pune, and Lonavla. According to reports, at all the places, he was using different sim cards to avoid the cops. Kohli reached Lonavla to stay at his friend's farmhouse. Here too, he wanted a different sim card to communicate with his family and advocate. He reached a shop to buy the sim, where one alert citizen identified Kohli. He immediately informed the police as he was aware that Kohli was on the run. Within two hours, a team from Santacruz police station reached Lonavla and arrested him. Coming out from his hideout to buy sim cost Kohli, his arrest.

Further investigation into the matter is underway.
