Ekta Kapoor’s remake of Kasautii Zindagii Kay has been the talk of the town ever since the first promo of the show was recently revealed and while we know that the gorgeous Erica Fernandez will recreate the lead actress role of Prerna, it is still a suspense on who is playing the main vamp of the show i.e the iconic Kamolika! And though a certain section of media has confirmed Hina Khan as the new Kamolika of  Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 fans still await the official confirmation!

While talking to SpotBoyE, she shared her excitement for the sequel and said, “I am extremely happy that an epic show like KZK is returning to the small screen. I am sure that this time around as well history will be created as it did earlier. I wish Balaji telefilms, Ekta Kapoor, Shobha Aunty and Star Plus my best wishes and many many congratulations. I also wish the new star cast of the show all the very best and I am confident that they will set the screen ablaze.”

However, when asked if Hina Khan is fit to play Komolika she replied, “Who am I to answer that.”

Well, that reaction raises many eyebrows as is she hinting that she isn't happy with Hina portraying her iconic character? As while she send her wishes to the new star cast the actress remained mum when asked about Hina!

Well only time will tell if Hina will be able to do justice to Kamolika's role or not, as we still wait for an official confirmation!
