Erica, who played Sonakshi Bose in the hit Sony TV show, will shoot a special video for the show’s announcement, as per a report in a leading report.
“Erica came on board a while ago and is slated to shoot a video for the announcement soon," a source told Mumbai Mirror.
The report also suggested that Erica’s co-star from ‘ Kuch Rang’ Shaheer Sheikh might join her on the Star Plus show. The upcoming show will go on-ar from next month.
"Talks have been on with her Kuch Rang… co-star Shaheer Sheikh to join in as the male lead. The show will go on air in August on Star Plus and work on creating the grand sets for the show has begun,” the source told the leading daily.
Shaheer Sheikh is rumored to be playing the role of Salim in Colors TV’s Mughal-E-Azam. The TV remake of Mughal-E-Azam is said to go on floors soon and it remains to be seen if Shaheer will choose the the epic drama or the romantic drama Kausatii.
Interestingly, if the Kashmiri lad chooses to be part of Kasautii Zindagi Kay’s reboot version, he would make a return to Star Plus after a gap of four years. The handsome actor has previously done Navya and Mahabharat on the channel and both the shows got good TRPs.
Shaheer and Erica recently had a reunion and the former even shared the picture on his Instagram handle.
