New Delhi: Filmmaker Ektaa R Kapoor and director Dibakar Banerjee will be appearing on the 'Weekend Ka Vaar' episode of 'Bigg Boss 16' and the buzz is that they will be making an announcement of their next movie, 'Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2'.
It is going to be a sequel to the 2010 movie, 'Love, Sex Aur Dhokha', starring Anshuman Jha, Nushrat Bharucha, Rajkummar Rao, Neha Chauhan, Amit Sial, Herry Tangri and Ashish Sharma.
Now, the director, known for his films such as 'Khosla Ka Ghosla' and 'Oye Lucky! Lucky' has collaborated with Ekta again for the sequel to one of his successful projects and they will be making the announcement on the reality show.
There are also speculations that one of the stories in the anthology is based on a reality show which is similar to Bigg Boss. A source revealed, “one of the story of ‘Love Sex aur Dhokha 2' is about a reality show which is similar to Bigg boss and hence announcing the film on Bigg Boss seems just right."
There is also a rumour that Ekta has roped in Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Sumbul Touqeer for her next project. As per media reports, Priyanka has been signed for a movie and Sumbul for the next season of 'Naagin'. However, nothing is confirmed yet.
Meanwhile, in the Bigg Boss house, the ticket to the finale week race is getting more intense day by day. Captain Nimrit has to defend the ticket to finale offered to her by 'Bigg Boss'. A fight breaks out as Shalin Bhanot defends Nimrit's ticket and this does not sit well with Priyanka and Tina, who have witnessed him plotting against Nimrit. Both the girls call out his hypocrisy and Shalin accuses Tina of flirting with boys to get ahead in the game. Tina raises her hand and threatens to slap him for questioning her character. She also says that someone who didn't have respect for his ex-wife shouldn't talk about other women. Shalin says that this was Tina's biggest issue and that she is "complex".
'Bigg Boss 16' airs on Colors.
