New Delhi: Nia Sharma, Vijayendra Kumeria and Rashami Desai starrer ‘Naagin 4’ has remained in news these days after the rumours of the show going off air hit the internet. Putting an end to all the speculations, the show’s producer Ekta Kapoor has finally confirmed that ‘Naagin: Bhagya Ka Zehreela Khel’ will bid adieu to the viewers. The TV Czarina said that ‘Naagin 4’ will end with a four-episode finale, to pave way for ‘Naagin 5’.

Ekta also apologized to Nia Sharma, Anita Hassanandani, Jasmin Bhasin and Vijayendra Kumeria for letting them down with the script of ‘Naagin 4’.

"Naagin 4 is going to get a fantastic end because you can't start a story from the middle. So, we are ending Naagin 4 with a four episode finale. And, then getting into Naagin 5 immediately. Now what really I have to say is about the actors. Nia, Anita, Jasmin, Vijayendra. You guys have been outstanding, You guys have done a brilliant job. If anyone has let you guys down, it has to be me. Hoping to come back with a better season,” Ekta said.

The ‘Kundali Bhagya’ and ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ producer thanked Nia and other actors for being part of ‘Naagin 4’. She hoped that the viewers are excited for ‘Naagin 5’ as the team has worked diligently for the show.

Ekta also mentioned Rashami Desai in her post and said that she her role will be treated as a special performance. She added that the 'Bigg Boss 13' contestant was fabulous in her two episodes.

Rashami Desai entered 'Naagin 4' few days before the COVID-19 lockdown was announced.

Nia Sharma, who played the role of Brinda, thanked Ekta for reaching out to her personally. She commented, ''U do things no one else probably ever considers doing.. @ektarkapoor You’ve truly been considerate and thank you for personally reaching out! Meant a lot.''

Gossip mills are buzzing with the rumours that 'Beyhadh 2' actor Shivin Narang might play the male lead in 'Naagin 5'. The makers are expected to make announcement next month.
