New Delhi: 2019 has seen several TV couples announcing their separation. Popular small screen couple Ridhi Dogra and Raqesh Bapat confirmed that they are separating after seven years of marriage. Last month ‘Roop - Mard Ka Naya Swaroop’ actor Alok Narula and his wife Anshu Malik confirmed that they are parting ways because of compatibility issues. Now, gossip mills are buzzing with the rumours that another TV couple is headed towards split.

A report in a leading daily has suggested that things are not well between Siddhant Karnick and Megha Gupta. The two actors got married in August 2016. Siddhant and Megha have reportedly unfollowed each other on Instagram and they haven’t posted a photo with each other since quite some time, leading to speculations of trouble in their marriage.


Siddhant, who made his TV debut with the popular show ‘Remix’, refuted the rumours.

‘’There’s nothing as such,’’ the ‘Gustakh Dil’ actor told Times Of India.

Megha Gupta, who was last seen in Ayushman Bhava, didn’t react to the matter. “I have nothing to say about this,” the actress told the daily.

Megha was previously in a relationship with TV actor Naman Shaw. The two actors even participated together in ‘Nach Baliye 4’ and emerged as the runner ups of the season.

After breaking up with Naman, Megha tied the knot with Aditya Shroff in 2010. However, they got divorced in 2014.

Megha Gupta and Siddhant Karnick met each other at ‘Shakti-Asitiva Ke Ehsaas Ki’ actor Vivian Dsena’s birthday party in 2015. After dating for some time soon, they decided to get married.


On the professional front, Siddhant was last seen playing the role of Yashvardhan in ‘Kaal Bhairav Rahasya 2’. He has been part of shows like ‘Meri Sai’ and ‘Pyaar Kii Ek Kahaani’. Karnick played the lead role in Zee TV’s ‘Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani’ opposite Drashti Dhami.
