After the success of 'Bigg Boss 11', the makers announced that 'Bigg Boss 12' will soon be back on TV with a new theme. The viewers are desperately waiting for the next season in which the participants will be entering in 'jodis'. 'Bigg Boss' makers are already in talks with various popular names like Rohan Gandotra, Gurmeet Choudhary, Debina Bonnerjee among others. Now, the latest buzz suggests that a popular TV actress has been approached to participate in the much-awaited 'Colors' reality show.

According to an entertainment portal, the makers have approached 'Diya Aur Baati Hum' lead actress Deepika Singh aka 'Sandhya' to participate in 'Bigg Boss 12'.

The Tellychakkar report states that, "Talented actress Deepika Singh, who rose to fame with her character of Sandhya in Star Plus’ Diya Aur Baati Hum, has been approached."

But, Deepika is yet to give her nod for the show.

Married to director Rohit Raj Goyal on 2 May 2014, Deepika Singh gave birth to baby boy Soham on 20th May last year & is busy nurturing him. She is on a break from TV ever since her hit show 'Diya Aur Baati Hum' went off-air in 2016.

She is reportedly set to be back on TV in a cameo role in Sony TV's mythological drama 'Mere Sai'.
