New Delhi: The photographs of Sonarika Bhadoria's roka ceremony with her fiance, businessman Vikas Parashar are doing rounds on the internet. Devon Ke Dev Mahadev actor used Instagram to make the special announcement. The actress published a carousel post featuring a collection of special moments from the event.

Sonarika donned a sequined purple lehenga for her special event, while Vikas opted for a white formal suit. At the ceremony, the couple stood in front of the beach for a romantic photo. Family and friends joined in on the joyous occasion by helping them cut the celebratory cake.

Immediately after Sonarika posted the images, her devoted fanbase rushed in to congratulate her on her roka.
Prior to this, Sonarika announced her engagement to Vikas Parashar in an interview with the Times Of India. She said, "We have been dating each other since the past seven years and my family and friends always knew about it. My friends would often tell me to make it official, but we wanted to take our time. And now, we are both very happy. But, yes, I can’t believe we are engaged because he still gives me the boyfriend vibes! Vikas is the best partner one could have and I love everything about him."
Sonarika's resume includes roles as diverse as ‘Dastaan-E-Mohabbat Salim Anarkali’ and ‘Ishq Mein Marjawan’. Sonarika's first television appearance was in 2011 with ‘Tum Dena Saath Mera’. She gained fame for her role as Parvati in ‘Devon Ke Dev... Mahadev’, which also featured Mohit Raina as Shiva.
