A copy of the restraining order has been sent to the Worli police station and the Metropolitan magistrate RM Karade has informed Siddharth Sabharwal to not accost Arzoo as the report revealed.
The magistrate also said that assets owned by Sabharwal, as presented by Arzoo’s lawyers Ishika Tolani and Anagha Nimbhkar, were also looked at. “I have considered the copy of will of the respondent (Sabharwal). It shows that he owns and possesses several accommodations,” he noted while issuing the restraining order.

Previously, Arzoo was living with Siddharth at their house in Pochkanawala Road in Worli, but she moved out of it on February 15 after being subjected to 'brutal assault' at 4 am in the bathroom. The magistrate did not hear Sabharwal's side and his order stated that he "was satisfied that an ex-parte order was necessary, as the photographs attached with Arzoo’s complaint prima facie suggested that she had been subjected to domestic violence".
