Wearing a sparkling gown by Lebanese designer Ziad Nakad, the very popular TV actress Hina Khan makes a stunning debut at the red carpet of 72nd Cannes Film Festival and her pictures are currently ruling the internet. Seen as 'Komolika' on Star Plus show 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2', Hina wore the glittery gown with a moderate trail and a plunging neckline, flashing her infectious smile leaving fans drooling. She completed the look with her hair tied back, minimal make-up and nude pink lips.


Hina is here for the first look launch of her debut film 'Lines' which is set in the backdrop of the Kargil War.

Hina had shot her last episode of KZK on May 12th post which she flew for Cannes but not before her co-stars Erica Fernandes, Parth Samthaan, Shubhaavi Choksey, Pooja Banerjee, Sahil Anand & others threw her a farewell[View Pics & Videos Here!]. Hina is on a long break from the show to shoot her Vikram Bhatt movie.

And as Hina mesmerizes the world with her Cannes appearance, her's how her onscreen rival Erica Fernandes and other Kasautii co-stars react to it.

Erica took to Instagram and posted a picture of Hina's from her Red Carpet appearance with a beautiful message she writes in caption on it, which reads- "You are doing better than you think you are. I'm proud of you, keep going. You've got this! [hugging and kiss emoji]".

Here's a look back at Hina and Erica's journey on the personal front in the past few months... The two actresses reportedly were not on good terms and the rumors over their cold war made headlines for long. However at the Indian Telly Awards 2019 held in the month of March, both of them refuted the rumors interacting with media and Hina was even spotted helping Erica with her gown[Watch VIDEOS Here!].

And in the following months, the two divas turned BFFs and were spotted hanging out together for a pool party donning bikins and a dinner date. Their KZK 2 co-stars Pooja Banerjee and Shoobhavi Choksey accompanied them too.

Pooja also praised Hina's Cannes 2019 appearance and posted a message on Insgram for her that reads- "Just look at her[heart eyes emoji]".

31-year-old Hina Khan also took to her own Instagram account to express her excitement. She posted a black and white photograph of herself posing for the shutterbugs. Calling it God's sign, Hina captioned the image: "Cannes 2019. The picture is just not 'a' picture. God's sign. Shining star."


Hina will also be a speaker at India Pavilion of the 72nd edition of the festival, which will run until May 25. The talk will be followed by the first look launch event of her film "Lines", which is set in the backdrop of the Kargil War.
