'Bigg Boss 18' contestant Hema Sharma’s estranged husband, Gaurav Saxena, has accused her of intentionally keeping their son away from him. Gaurav, an NRI based in Uganda, has made these claims public through his YouTube channel, 'Gaurav Ki Kahani,' where he addressed the allegations made against him by Hema, who is popularly known as Viral Bhabhi.
Hema Sharma's estranged husband's allegations
In a recent vlog, Gaurav expressed his appreciation for the support he has received from his subscribers, particularly the women who have reached out to him. He shared that many have contacted him after finding his number in Uganda, offering encouragement and affirming that Hema would not harm him.
According to IANS, Gaurav launched his YouTube channel to provide insight into his relationship with Hema for their two-year-old son, ensuring that when the child is older, he can understand the circumstances surrounding his parents' separation. Gaurav alleges that Hema is obstructing his attempts to see their son. He also revealed that Hema has an older child from a previous marriage, who is likewise distanced from his father, prompting Gaurav to worry that their son might face a similar situation. Gaurav contends that Hema is not imparting good values to their children.
The situation has escalated, with Gaurav claiming that Hema has demanded he purchase a 2 BHK flat worth Rs 2.50 crores, stating that she will not allow him to see their son unless he meets this demand. Despite paying a substantial monthly amount, which includes rent for Hema's residence, Gaurav insists he cannot afford such a costly property. He proposed buying a home in a more affordable area, but Hema reportedly turned down the offer. He detailed that he had been providing Rs 3 to Rs 4 lakhs monthly to Hema until their separation in April 2024, after which he began giving her Rs 1 lakh a month. Even now, he continues to cover the rent for her current home.
Gaurav also dismisses Hema's accusations
Gaurav also addressed accusations from Hema that he kidnapped their son, asserting that she willingly entrusted the child to him for visitation. He revealed that Hema has threatened to file a domestic violence case against him and expressed disbelief that she could participate in ‘Bigg Boss 18’ while leaving their child behind without prior notification.
Gaurav has urged Colors TV to release the full episode, believing that it will clarify the situation for the public.
Hema Sharma is known for her vibrant dance videos and prior appearances in films such as ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana, Phir Se,’ and ‘One Day: Justice Delivered.’
