New Delhi: After keeping everyone entertained for over three months, Bigg Boss 12 bid adieu to the viewers on December 30. TV’s popular bahu Dipika Kakar defeated four other finalists to bag the winner’s trophy of the reality show. The ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ actress grabbed several eyeballs during her stint in the show because of her bond with Sreesanth. Dipika used to address the former cricketer as ‘bhai’ and the two stood for each other in the show despite facing flak from other housemates. After winning Bigg Boss 12, Dipika recently called Sreesanth and his family to her place. The ‘Qayamat Ki Raat’ actress decorated the room with pink and yellow balloons to give a warm welcome to Sreesanth, his wife Bhuvneshwari and two kids. Dipika also hung ‘Bua loves Sanu and Teeju’ stickers on the wall. Remember the BB 12 episode where Sreesanth’s daughter Sanvika called Dipika bua, making the viewers go aww? Bhuvneshwari took to Twitter to share pictures and thank Dipika for the sweet gesture. ‘’Wow! What an amazing welcome.. Having blast. Thank you so much @ms_dipika,’’ her caption for the photos read.

A few days ago, Dipika shared a heartfelt post for Sreesanth and thanked him for supporting her in Bigg Boss 12 house. ‘’The proudest moment for me!!! As the top two contestants were #sreepika !!! Thank you bhai for being with me in this difficult journey.... no matter what we both were together in every situation standing by each other and this was our biggest strength!!! Already missing the Statue... the fights and the meals we had together in the house.... I am and will be your sister for life,’’ the BB 12 winner wrote on Instagram.
