The contestant, controversial godman Swami Omji Maharaj has been slapped under the Arms Act, TADA and other laws.
Trying his best to keep the BB10 audience entertained with his vague behaviour, Omji is even facing non-bailable warrants as he did not appear before a Delhi court in a theft case lately.
The warrants were issued two days before the premiere of Bigg Boss 10. Right when he entered the house, he was issued the fourth bailable warrant in the theft case.
The court had fixed October 14 for hearing the arguments on the charge. However, when nobody appeared to represent Omji Maharaj, the non-bailable warrants were issued against him.

The case dates back to November 2008. Pramodh Jha, the younger brother of Omji Maharaj, had accused him of breaking the lock of his bicycle shop in Lodhi Colony along with three men before stealing 11 bicycles, expensive spare parts, sale deed of the house and important documents.
According to a report of Delhi Police, Omji has been involved in seven cases under the Arms Act and TADA, besides committing offences of robbery and burglary. The police report also mentioned that Omji was exposed by Defence Colony police officials who found huge cache of arms and ammunition in his possession.
Obscene photos of women were found in his possession, which he has allegedly used to extort money. Omji has been accused of making false complaints against neighbours, relatives and government officials. His brother, sister and other relatives have also complained against him in Lodhi Colony police station.
In the hearing before October 14, Omji Maharaj had told the court that he would require a counsel from the legal aid as his had no means to engage a lawyer.
Vinodanand Jha, also known as Swami Sadachari Sai Baba Omji, is the self-proclaimed godman who claims to possess divine skill to solve the problems of the people.
