'Uri: The Surgical Strike' actor Vicky Kaushal's brother Sunny Kaushal, seen in films like Akshay Kumar's 'Gold'and 'Honeymoon travels Pvt Ltd', will next be seen playing the lead role in the film titled 'Bhangra Paa Le'. Featuring Rushkar Dhillon with Sunny Kaushal, 'Bhangra Paa Le' is set around the world of music and dance. After Sunny & Rushkar, a former winner of 'MTV Roadies' has joined the cast of 'Bhangra Paa Le'. According to latest reports, 'MTV Roadies X4' winner Balraj Singh Khehra will make his Bollywood debut with the upcoming film.

According to an entertainment portal, Balraj will be seen playing Nimmo’s (played by Rukshar) brother in the movie.

Balraj confirmed the same and told the portal that, "I am excited to have bagged the movie. I am somewhat like my character in the movie, as I am also attached to my family."

He further told Tellychakkar that, "The best quality about my character is that he loves his sister too much and wants the best for her, whether it is with regard to her education, career, or, now, husband. I feel blessed to be a part of the project and am too excited to see myself on the 70-mm screen soon."

‘Bhangra Paa Le’ paves a bridge between the traditional forms of Bhangra from Punjab and its juxtaposition with western dance forms from all across the world.

The screenplay written by Dheeraj Rattan transitions between the past and present time periods and showcases romance, dance and music through the ages. The music will be composed by Jam8 under Pritam's supervision.

On the career front, Balraj entered the entertainment industry with the reality show 'Mr. Punjab' post which he participated in 'Roadies'. In 'Roadies', he was a part of Karan Kundra's gang along with Benafsha Soonawalla & Gauraj Alugh. After winning the MTV show, he made his acting debut with Mohit Raina's Discovery Jeet show '21 Sarfarosh – Saragarhi 1897' as Buta Singh. The show is currently streaming on 'Netflix'.
