Saumya Tandon Surgery: Former ‘Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ actor Saumya Tandon sparked concern among her fans and followers with a recent Instagram post with a series of photos from a hospital bed.
Sharing pictures from the hospital bed where only hands are visible, Saumya wrote in the caption “Pictures are not always pretty and life is not always all smiles. Recovering and will emerge fit soon. Thanks for your wishes in advance.”
Saumya Tandon gives her health update
In a conversation with Hindustan Times, Saumya shared that she underwent a minor surgery. “I am doing fine. I had a minor operation and I am getting discharged today. It has all gone well and I am hoping to recover soon. It will take a week to get back on my feet. I am so touched by the outpour of best wishes, messages flowers and phone calls. Every message added a smile on my face and helped me get through this tough time. I am overwhelmed with the love and concern and want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart,” she was quoted as saying by Hindustan Times.
Friends and fans wish speedy recovery
Soon after she posted the pictures, celebrities, and fans wished her a speedy recovery.
Singer Shahid Mallya wrote, “Jaane nahin denge tujhe….Bhindi 100 rs kilo Paneer 500 kg.”
Choreographer Gita Kapur commented, “Pls get well soon wishing u a speedy recovery.”
“Sending u heaps of love ♥️,” wrote actress Simple Kaul.
“Saw this post today morning... and since then I'm so worried 😢.. I hope there is nothing serious. Ma'am, I pray to God that you get well soon,” commented one of her fans.
Saumya has been away from television and films for a while now.
