Karishma was the one who threw him the surprise Birthday bash too and Pearl also thanked her for arranging it in his social media post. He even fed the first piece after cutting his Birthday cake, to Karishma herself. The onscreen jodi of Pearl and Surbhi in 'Naagin 3' was immensely loved by the fans and they were upset over these latest pictures and videos. Pearl was also rumored to be dating Surbhi Jyoti but he denied these reports too, saying-"There's nothing[romance] between us. Surbhi is my co-star and a very good friend, that's all!".
And Pearl's latest Birthday celebration proves that Karishma certainly has a special place in his life. She also tagged along when the Birthday boy visited an NGO to spend the special occasion spreading smiles among the needy.
