The famous Television actor who was recently seen playing a lead role in Colors show 'Balika Vadhu' before it ended on July 31st and the 'Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le Zara' fame Ruslaan Mumtaz celebrated his birthday last week in Lonovla with wife Nirali Mehta.
