Few days ago, the news of TV couple Juhi Parmar & Sachin Shroff's divorce made their fans sad. Ever since then, the two are blaming each other for their failed relationship. Now, another TV couple has officially ended their marriage. The couple is none other than TV actor Avinash Sachdev & actress-wife Shalmalee Desai. Avinash & Shalmalee were in limelight last year when the news of their wedding hitting the rough patch came out. After 3 years of their wedding, the couple has officially been granted divorce now.

Avinash Sachdev, who rose to fame after playing lead role in 'Chhoti Bahu' opposite ex-girlfriend Rubina Dilaik, confirmed the news to an entertainment portal that he and Shalmalee have been granted divorce.

Reportedly, Avinash's ex-wife Shalmalee has moved in with her mother. She is yet to react on the same.

Speaking about the reason behind Avinash & Shalmalee's divorce a source told SpotboyE that, "Shalmalee did not trust Avinash, and doubted his loyalty towards her."

The TV couple, who met each other on the sets of their show 'Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2', reportedly had various arguments in the last few months and their relationship even reached a stage where they didn't even wished to see each other.

It was not love at first sight for the couple who had their first conversation after 6 months when their show’s team met for a lunch. After which Avinash and Shalmalee’s love story started & tied the knot on 12th June, 2015 after dating each other for a brief period. It is indeed sad for their fans that Avinash & Shalmalee's marriage has now ended.

On the career front, Avinash has bee a part of various popular TV shows and was last seen in Life OK's 'Ayushman Bhava'. Whereas, Shalmalee is not active on the acting front ever since her wedding with Avinash in 2015. But, After completing a screenwriting course at Whistling Woods International Institute, she wrote for 'Thapki Pyar Ki' and 'Ek Aastha Aisi Bhi'.
