New Delhi: Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s last film ‘Dil Bechara’ has released on Disney+ Hotstar on July 24. Movie buffs have been eagerly waiting for the romantic drama as it is SSR’s posthumous release. Several Bollywood celebs including Ayushmann Khurrana, Rajkummar Rao, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan have shared posts for Sushant’s ‘Dil Bechara’. The tinsel town stars requested their followers to watch the movie together on the OTT platform.

Ankita Lokhande shared a post for ‘Dil Bechara’ few minutes before the premiere of the movie on Disney+ Hotstar. She posted a video and wrote, “From #pavitrarishta to #dilbechara One last time !!!”

The ‘Baaghi 3’ actress mentioned her hit show ‘Pavitra Rishta’ in her post on Twitter and Instagram. Check it out!



Ankita lit a candle as part of the digital protest to demand justice for Sushant Singh Rajput. She wrote, "HOPE,PRAYERS AND STRENGTH !!! Keep smiling. wherever you are."



Ankita had earlier shared a post on Sushant Singh Rajput's one-month death anniversary on Twitter and Instagram. She called him 'Child of God' in the caption. This was her first post on social media since SSR's demise.



Sushant and Ankita became household names after playing the respective role of Manav and Archana in Ekta Kapoor's 'Pavitra Rishta'. The Zee TV show successfully completed over 1300 episodes and went off air in 2014. Sushant quit the popular daily soap in 2011 and was replaced by Hiten Tejwani.

Sushant and Ankita parted ways in 2016, leaving their fans surprised. Gossip mills are buzzing with the rumours that the 'Manikarnika' actress has requested Ekta Kapoor to make a sequel of 'Pavitra Rishta'. The makers are yet to make any official announcement regarding the same.

Ankita met Sushant's family members at his residence in Mumbai after the actor's death. She looked devastated and could barely walk without someone's support. The actress was accompanied by her mother and producer Sandip Ssingh.
