Samir is seen as Kartik’s (Mohsin Khan) uncle Samarth Goenka in ‘Yeh Rishta’. He is paired opposite Deblina Chatterjee aka Gayatri (Gayu) in the show. Samarth and Gayu’s wedding was full of drama and it helped the show in grabbing several eyeballs.
