Mumbai: Sushant Singh Rajput was one of the most talented actors in Bollywood. He has featured in a number of movies and has made a name for himself in the Hindi film industry. During his career of 7 years in Bollywood, Sushant has delivered some of the most powerful performances as an artist. However, due to an unfortunate turn of events on June 14, 2020, the ‘Dil Bechara’ actor breathed his last and left for his heavenly abode.
Sushant is not only being missed by his family and fans but also by his peers from the industry. Ahead of his first death anniversary, many celebrities took to their social media and remembered the late actor.
Aly Goni shared a story on Instagram a few days back remembering SSR and wrote, “It's been almost a year since SSR died, but there is not a single day passed when his fans didn't trend him on Twitter. Yeh kamaya tha Sushant ne (This is what Sushant earned)”.
Kriti Sanon also shared a BTS video with Sushant from the sets of ‘Raabta’ as the film completed 4 years. The ‘Bhediya’ actress wrote, “Raabta was one of my best and most memorable experiences and it will ALWAYS remain extremely close to my heart.. Little did i know that it would be our first and last..”
‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 11’ contestant Rahul Vaidya also remembered the ‘Chhhichhore’ actor in a tweet and wrote, “Bohot dinon se kuch kehna chahata tha.. Sushant bhai Amar Raho! Miss you.. always #SushanthSinghRajput”.
Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti also shared a post on social media and revealed that she is going on a ‘solitary retreat’ for the month of June. She shared a picture of her late brother and wrote, “I am going on a solitary retreat for the whole month of June in the mountains. I won’t have access to internet or cell services there. Bhai’s one year of passing on will be spent in cherishing his sweet memories in silence. Though his physical body has left us almost a year back, the values he stood for still live on.”
Meanwhile, the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput is currently being investigated by three Central agencies – CBI, ED and NCB.
