New Delhi: Telugu star Nani will soon be seen in the upcoming film 'Hi Nanna'. As the actor is travelling across the country to promote his upcoming film, a statement from one of his interactions seems to have taken the internet by a storm. At a recent round table meet organised by India Today, the actor was asked what he would do if he received a call from producer-filmmaker Kara Johar to attend his celebrity talk show 'Koffee With Karan'.
To this, Nani responded that he would politely say no. The actor expressed reservations about appearing on 'Koffee With Karan', given how private the actor is in his real life. He said that while he would be open to discussing films with the 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' director, he would not appear on the chat show as a guest.
"I will definitely say no to Koffee with Karan. I would say that very politely to him, but I will definitely go and visit him personally and talk.”
Meanwhile, 'Koffee With Karan' is currently running its eighth season right now. The shoe format is unchanged largely despite a few additions and subtractions here and there. The show's latest season has seen the likes of Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Sara Ali Khan, Ananya Panday, Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt so far.
Like always, interactions with the show host always tense to go viral after they have appeared on the chat show.
In the most recent episode, Kareena Kapoor and Alia Bhatt bonded as family and not as ‘nanad’ and ‘bhabhi’ or ‘jethani’ as was the joke. When Kareena assured everyone she was the best and that Alia was a jewel in the crown she was wearing, the moment received a lot of attention online and among fans.
Fans have also been cheering Alia’s rather candid demeanour when it comes to Raha or talking about with Ranbir Kapoor.
