New Delhi: Telugu actor Sharwanand met with a car accident on Sunday and took to Twitter on Monday to update his fans. The actor said that it was a minor accident and he is safe.
The actor tweeted, “There has been news that my car met with an accident this morning. It was a very minor incident. I am absolutely safe and sound at Home with all your love and blessings. There is nothing to worry about. Thank you all for your concern. Have a great Sunday everyone.”
Sharwanand, who got engaged to an IT employee Rakshita Reddy, will get married at the Leela Palace in Jaipur on June 3. Sharwanand and Rakshita’s engagement ceremony was attended by the who's who of the Telugu film industry. Stars such as Chiranjeevi, Amala Akkineni, SS Karthikeya, Nithiin, Siddharth, Rana Daggubati and even Aditi Rao Hydari were all present.
These big names, among many others, are likely to make their presence felt at the wedding too. Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni are also likely to attend the event.
Earlier, there were rumours that Sharwanand and Rakshita had called off their engagement. However, later, a source close to the actor told Hyderabad Times, "It’s not true at all that Sharwanand and Rakshita have broken up, they’re happy together. Sharwanand has been busy shooting for his upcoming film with Sriram Adittya… He wanted to complete his work commitments before embarking on this new journey. Now that he’s back in the city, the families will meet and fix a wedding date. An official announcement about the same will be made soon.”
Sharwananad was last seen in 'Oke Oka Jeevitham'. He will next be seen in a film directed by Sriram Aditya of 'Bhale Manchi Roju' fame.
