The film Pushpa 2 has achieved over ₹100 crore in advance bookings across all languages in India, with the figure expected to exceed ₹105–110 crore, setting a new record. With approximately 40,000 shows nationwide, it marks the widest cinematic release ever. The Hindi version's advance bookings may surpass the previous record of ₹28 crore set by Jawan. Early projections estimate Pushpa 2 could earn ₹200–250 crore globally on its opening day.

Hmm.. where do I begin.. Pushpa started in 2021 but for me it started waaaay before that in covid times.. I remember the team coming to my house to train me for the chitoor slang to walking on the sets of Pushpa on day 1 the release of Pushpa 1 and then starting of Pushpa 2 shooting for Pushpa 2 for sooooo long.. everyday for the last 5 years talking about Pushpa..
