Pushpa Pushpa song: Allu Arjun’s much-anticipated film ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’s first song 'Pushpa Pushpa’ was released on Wednesday (May 2). The song featured Allu Arjun performing a hook step this time with shoes, not slippers. The hook step quickly caught his fans’ attention and became viral. Australian cricketer David Warner, who's often seen doing Pushpa: The Rise’s hook step on the field during IPL, also praised the song and the step. 


Warner took to the comment section of the post where Allu Arjun shared the song, David wrote: "Oh dear, how good is this. Now I've got some work to do @alluarjunonline." 


Allu responded to the cricketer, saying that he would teach him the hook step. The actor wrote: "It's easy. I will show you when we meet." 




The Hindi version of the song has garnered more than 12 million views within 24 hours of its release. Celebs and fans went gaga over the hook step performed by Allu Arjun.

The song is released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam & Bengali languages. The music is given by Devi Sri Prasad. The Hindi version of the track has been sung by Mika Singh and Nakash Aziz and lyrics are by Chandra Bose. 


‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’, also starring Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, will start from where the prequel ended. The film is helmed by Sukumar & produced by Mythri Movie Makers in association with Sukumar Writings. 


The film is scheduled to release in theatres on the occasion of Independence Day, August 15, 2024.
