Amaran box office first weekend

'Amaran' has become Sivakarthikeyan's third film to enter the Rs. 100 cr club after his previous entries like 'Doctor' and 'Don'.

'Amaran' collected Rs. 21.72 cr on Day 4, which is almost equal to what the film collected on its opening day and Day 3. This consistency is naturally good for the film's growth.

Currently, 'Amaran' is facing stiff competition from Jayam Ravi's 'Brother', Kavin's 'Bloody Beggar' and the big Diwali releases 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' and 'Singham Again'.

'Amaran' collected Rs. 21.4 cr on Day 1 and 3, and saw a light dip on Day 2 when it collected Rs. 19.15 cr.The film's total domestic collection stands at Rs. 83.45 cr after its four-day extended Diwali weekend.

The film's overseas gross is definitely higher. The film collected more than $5 million across the overseas markets.

Trade analyst AB George shared the film's business on X and wrote, "#Amaran $5M+ opening weekend from overseas markets πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ SUPER DUPER start for Tier-2 star πŸ”₯ TRENDING VERY MUCH HIGHER than his competitors πŸ‘ Siva Karthikeyan showing mass πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯
