New Delhi: An FIR has been registered against actor-producer Sohail Khan, his son Nirvaan Khan and brother Arbaaz Khan for violating COVID-19 rules. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) registered an FIR against them after their return from Dubai on December 25, 2020. Reportedly, Sohail, his son and Arbaaz were asked to remain quarantined in a hotel but they went home thus violating BMC's quarantine norms at the airport.

A report in ANI reads, “Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) registers FIR against actor Sohail Khan & his son Nirvaan as well as actor Arbaaz Khan for violating COVID norms. They returned from Dubai on 25th Dec & were asked to remain in quarantine in a hotel but they went home: BMC. #Maharashtra”.



Reportedly, the FIR has been registered under Section 188 IPC under 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act by the complainant, a Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) medical officer.

Sohail Khan, his son and Arbaaz Khan came out of the airport stating that they are heading towards hotel Taj where a room was booked. But instead of being quarantined at the hotel, they went straight home.

On the professional front, Sohail Khan will be next seen donning the hat of a producer in Salman Khan's upcoming movie 'Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai' which stars Salman Khan, Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda, and Zarina Wahab in pivotal roles. This movie will also witness Jackie Shroff playing a quirky cop character that commands Khan’s character in 'Radhe'.


On the other hand, Arbaaz was last seen in the 2020 Malayalam movie 'Big Brother' alongside Mohanlal and Honey Rose.
