New Delhi: Bollywood star Siddhant Chaturvedi took to his social media to pen down his review for the sleeper hit, 'Kantara'. The actor called film’s director and actor Rishab Shetty a ‘master’ and penned a heartfelt note thanking him ‘for this inspiring piece of cinema.’ The actor shared a video of him interacting with the lead actor Rishabh Shetty.
In the caption, he wrote, "This is a very late appreciation post for “Kantara”. I watched it last night and was blown away. @rishabshettyofficial you are a master - ಈ ಮೇರುಕೃತಿ! The deeply rooted cultural essence of the film moved me and will stay with me forever. Thank you for this inspiring piece of cinema. Nimage thumbaa dhanyavaadhagalu 🙏"
Soon after the video was shared, scores of fans chimed into the comments section to praise the film. One fan commented, “Much lv to uu Sid ..#Frm whole Kannadiga family 😍." Another one wrote, “Literally one of the most powerful display of storytelling and character !!❤️. Another added, “Feel of kantara climax can’t be describe in words."
Siddhant Chaturvedi is on a roll this year with 'Doobey' from 'Gehraiyaan' being the song of the year, which created a huge frenzy amongst the viewers. In the pipeline, he now has 'Yudhra' opposite Malvika Mohanan and 'Kho Gaye Hum Kahan' opposite Ananya Panday.
Most recently, Siddhant was seen with Ishaan Khatter and Katrina Kaif in ‘Phone Bhoot’ by Gurmmeet Singh. The film bombed at the box office though Siddhant did receive some appreciation for his performance in the film.
