Mumbai: Actress Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman Raj Kundra has filed an anticipatory bail application in the sessions court on Friday, June 11. Maharashtra Cyber ​​Cell is such probing online platforms on which obscenity is portrayed in web series.


The cyber police had registered a case in this case last year under sections 292 of IPC, sections 67, 67A of Information Technology and Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Rules 3 and 4. Maharashtra Cyber ​​had arrested several people last year, some of whom were found to have links with Raj Kundra.

The statement of model Sherlyn Chopra has also been recorded in this case. Last year Kundra was also sent a summon in this case but he rubbished the allegations saying that he has nothing to do with them.


Kundra had said that he has left the company which is accused of making obscene videos, he has given documents related to leaving that company to the police.
