Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, who has been lending out a helping hand in this difficult time of the COVID-19 pandemic, has once again donated 500 Remdesivir injections to the needy people.

Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain took to his Twitter and thanked the ‘Don’ actor for his help during the time of need. His tweet read, “We are extremely thankful to Sh. @iamsrk and @MeerFoundation for donating 500 Remdesivir injections at a time when it was needed the most. we are much obliged for the support extended by you during the time of crisis.”



Meer foundation is an NGO run by King Khan and it has been providing materials including PPE kits, injections to the people in need.

The ‘King Of Romance’ began his career with appearances in a number of television series in the late 1980s. The ‘K3G’ actor then made his Bollywood debut with the 1992 movie ‘Deewana’. Shah Rukh Khan has done several roles in his career and has proved himself to be a versatile actor. Popularly known for his portrayal of romantic roles, the ‘Raees’ actor is not only popular in India but also overseas. The ‘Padma Shri’ awardee has some crazy fan following outside the country as well.

On the professional front, the ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ actor was last seen in ‘Zero’ and is yet to announce his next movie. Reportedly, he has signed up for a cameo in ‘Brahmastra’ and has also started shooting for his upcoming movie ‘Pathaan’ which also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in prominent roles. SRK is also set to join hands with Rajkumar Hirani reportedly.
