New Delhi: Samrat Prithviraj, starring Akshay Kumar, was released in theatres on June 3 and owing to the enormous excitement around the film, everyone wants to know how well it did at the box office. Now, despite the fact that the movie had a slow start when it was first released, it picked up speed throughout the course of the weekend. This has led to the period drama's first weekend collections being very respectable. 


On the second day of its release, the movie grossed a total of Rs 12.75 crore. ‘Vikram’, starring Kamal Haasan, and ‘Major’, starring Adivi Sesh, continue to provide a formidable challenge to the film's box office collection. In the meanwhile, Vikram and Major have achieved a great deal of success in the regional marketplaces. 


The collection on Day 3 was Rs 16 crore more than the collection for the day before. On Twitter, business expert Ramesh Bala made the announcement, writing, "#SamratPrithviraj early estimates for Day 3 is 16 Crs Nett.. All-India." As a result, the total amount collected would now be around Rs 39 crore. 



The movie had an increase of almost 55 percent in its total audience from Friday to Sunday. 


The great warrior Prithviraj Chauhan, who battled bravely against the ruthless invader Muhammad of Ghor, is portrayed in the movie by the Bollywood sensation Akshay Kumar. Also, Sanjay Dutt, Sonu Sood, and Manushi Chhillar are the actors who are in the lead roles in this movie.
