Hyderabad: After receiving positive reviews from critics and praises from audience, Amazon Prime Video's 'Narappa' has now been lauded by Tollywood A-listers too. Actress Samantha Akkineni took her Instagram stories to laud Venkatesh Daggubati’s performance in the hard-hitting film.

Samantha Akkineni, today took to her social media to praise Venky’s work and talk about how the movie impressed her. She summarized all the compliments just in two words.  She wrote, "@venkateshdaggubati  wow wowwwww... 🔥🔥"

Aashritha Daggubati, actor Venkatesh’s daughter also believes that 'Narappa' is an incredible film. Writing an appreciation post she quoted, “Just finished watching the movie. You have outdone yourself @venkateshdaggubati. Truly Incredible. You're such an inspiration"

Meanwhile, 'Narappa' is a Telugu remake of the Tamil film 'Asuran' which won numerous awards including 2 National awards for best production and direction and a Norway Tamil Film Festival Award for best direction. Director Vetrimaran beautifully portrayed the grim truth of casteism that still exists in Tamil Nadu and many other rural parts of India.

Here we as audience must agree that Venkatesh Daggubati has done justice to the original film with genuine yet powerful acting. 'The Family Man 2' fame Priyamani also makes her presence felt with her bold performance.

Suresh Babu & Kalaippuli S. Thanu have jointly produced the film. Srikant Addala has directed the film and Venkatesh and Priyamani play the lead characters alongside Ammu Abhiraami, Karthik Rathnam, Rajsekhar Aningi, Rao Ramesh, and Rajiv Kanakala who feature in pivotal roles.

The film is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video and it can be watched across 240 countries and territories.
