New Delhi: Popular television actress Rubina Dilaik is all set to make her Bollywood debut with 'Ardh'. The film not only marks Rubina's debut but also music composer Palaash Muchchal's directorial debut.
Rubina plays the character of Madhu in the film. Sharing the first look poster of herself on Instagram, the actress wrote, "Hey my beautiful people what better day than Mahashivratri to Present my first look as ‘’Madhu’ from Ardh!…..Har har Mahadev."
In the poster, Rubina can be seen in the avatar of a simple Indian married woman, dressed in a saree and adorned with bangles, mangalsutra and sindoor. The poster also shows Mumbai's landscape in the background.

Earlier, the makers had released the first look poster of Rajpal Yadav, who essays the character of a transgender in the film. Rajpal Yadav looks promising, dressed in a saree and flaunting long hair.
The film also stars actors Hiten Tejwani and Kulbushan Kharbanda. 'Ardh' will have an OTT release.
Rubina Dilaik is known for her roles in the television serials 'Chhoti Bahu' and 'Shakti: Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki'. She also participated in the television reality show 'Bigg Boss 14' and ended up being the winner. Rubina, who is married to actor Abhinav Shukla, will also be seen in a travel series with her husband. The series titled 'Wanderlust', will stream on the OTT platform MX Player.
She shared the trailer on her Instagram, giving a glimpse of the couple's love for travelling and good food.
