Donning a white Kurta and Salwar, a get up similar to the one she first appeared in after Sushant's death, Rhea was spotted leaving her residence at around 10:05 am and arrived at the CBI's current office at 10:40 am in her black Innova. She is accompanied by her brother Showik Chakraborty. Rhea Chakraborty's associate Samuel Miranda has also arrived at the DRDO guest house in Mumbai where the Central Bureau of Investigation team is staying. Sushant's friend Siddharth Pithani has also arrived at DRDO guesthouse.

It is to be noted that Central probe agency took charge of the high profile case after a Supreme Court order last week. A First Information Report naming Rhea, her parents and brother Showik was filed by Sushant Singh Rajput's family in Bihar.

Meanwhile, her lawyer Satish Maneshinde has issued a statement: "What Rhea said in her interview was only that I didn't raise bills in her case and whatever people are saying that I approached her for this case and offered my services for free is not true. Fees is a matter between me and my client."

The summon was sent to Rhea a day after she appeared on a  national news channel and stated that Sushant was deeply upset primarily due to the #MeToo allegations against him and due to being sidelined by the industry despite giving huge hits. For the uninitiated, some reports in 2018 suggested that Sushant misbehaved with his ‘Dil Bechara’ co-star Sanjana Sanghi. The newbie actress had later squashed all the rumours of ‘misconduct’ on the film’s sets.
