New Delhi: Actor Randeep Hooda underwent knee surgery yesterday in Mumbai's Kokilaben Hospital. The incident occurred when he was filming an action scene for his new OTT series, ‘Inspector Avinash’.

He was not seriously injured. According to the latest information from the set, Randeep had taken various drugs for his injuries. Prior to that, he made certain that he finished the action scene he was currently filming with his co-star, Amit Sial.

This is the same knee injury that Randeep had while shooting an action scene for Salman Khan's Radhe in the year 2021.

With his limp, Randeep Hooda was spotted taking help of the rails as he began to go down the staircase. He handed up the walker to a guy who was close. He waved to the cameras before putting his walker back in his trunk and getting into his car. An apparent knee band was visible on him, which he was wearing to provide support.

Randeep also posted pictures of himself on his Instagram account after being released from the hospital. Randeep can be lying on his hospital bed, dressed in the patient's gowns in the photograph.

A sideways glance revealed that he struck a thinking pose. Randeep shared the photo and labelled it in Hindi, saying, “Chot toh ghutne pe lagi hai par kuch yaad kyu nahi aa raa” with a laughing emoji. His followers loved the caption and have been responding to it.

Meanwhile, on the job front, Randeep will next be seen in the film 'Tera Kya Hoga Lovely,' in which he will be seen for the first time on the big screen with Ileana D'Cruz. The film is set to delve into the topic of India's preoccupation with having light skin.

Randeep will appear in the Netflix revenge drama series CAT. Randeep will appear in the series as an undercover agent, which will be his first acting role.
