New Delhi: Ever since Alia Bhatt announced her pregnancy on Monday morning, the news seems to be getting more eyes as fans and publications club signs of whether Ranbir Kapoor or Alia Bhatt had given hints of the same earlier. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have a big release lined up this year 'Brahmastra' while Ranbir also has another major movie 'Shamshera'. Recently, at the trailer launch of 'Shamshera', Ranbir hinted at creating a family.

In a video clip that has been going viral on the internet, we see Ranbir asking a journalist's question about his work to which Ranbir says, "Nahi sir, abhi mere ko boht kam karna hai. Abhi mujhe family banani hai. Pehle mai khud ke lie kam kar raha tha.. ab ain unke lie..( No sir, I still have a lot of work to do. I have to make a family, want to work for them. Earlier, I was working for only myself)"

The video has been shared by a Ranbir Kapoor fan page on Instagram. Fans have commented that this was one of the sign that hinted at Alia's preganncy announcement.

In an old interview from 2018 that has also been going viral, Alia Bhatt mentions how she had started thinking about baby names back then. In an interview with Filmfare, Alia said, “I’ve not had the life of an average 20-year-old. By average, I mean any other 20-year-old. Maybe, another 20-year-old would have had a life way tougher than mine. So, I will not understand their point of you and they may not understand mine. Everyone’s story is different based on the life they’ve lived. Also, I don’t know if it’s just because I’ve turned 25, but of late, I’ve started thinking of baby names. I’m a baby myself but for some reason baby names seem attractive to me.”

Fans have started collecting snippets from both Ranbir and Alia's interaction with media which perhaps hint at their soon-to-be-family.

On June 26, Alia took to her Instagram handle to share picture of her ultrasound, which is hidden. In the picture, we see Alia Bhatt on a hospital bed looking at the screen as Ranbir sits beside her.

Alia captioned the picture, "Our baby ….. coming soon ♾❤️✨." Wishes from the entire industry poured in. From Karan Johar to Neetu Kapoor, Gal Gadot and Anushka Sharma, the length and breadth of the film industry wished the couple many congratulations.
