New Delhi: After Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra shared the first pictures of their wedding in Jaisalmer, celebrities have been showering love on them and congratulating them on their big day. From Alia Bhatt, and Varun Dhawan to Karan Johar, Bhumi Pednekar, celebrities have been sending messages to them on social media. 


South sensation Ram Charan's wife and entrepreneur Upasana Konidela also congratulated the couple and apologised to the couple for not attending their wedding due to prior commitments. 
 
She wrote in the comment section: "Congratulations. This is so beautiful. Sorry we couldn't be there. Lots of love to both of you." 
 
Kiara and Sidharth got married on February 7 at Suryagrah palace in Jaisalmer. They posted pictures from their wedding ceremony on Tuesday late evening. 


For their big day, the bride and the groom wore Manish Malhotra, a close friend of Kiara and a well-known fashion designer. Manish also wished the couple by taking to his Instagram account and sharing details about their ensembles. 


Kiara wore a custom ombre lehenga in hues of empress rose. The lehenga features intricate embroidery detailing of the roman architecture, inspired by the special love the newlyweds share for the city of domes. Real swarvoski crystals are embellished in it. She also wore Manish Malhotra Bespoke Diamond Jewellery for her big day. The exclusive set features an exquisite composition of ultra-fine handcut diamonds crafted with rare Zambian emeralds. 


Sidharth on the other hand wore a metallic gold sherwani with an exquisite royal lustre. The sherwani had ivory threadwork, gold zardozi and badla work. He completed hislook with Manish Malhotra Polki Jewellery by Raniwala 1881 studded with extremely fine uncut diamonds. 
 
Speaking about work, Sidharth will soon make his web series debut with the upcoming series Indian Police Force, directed by Rohit Shetty. He also has Yodha as one of his upcoming projects. Kiara will be next seen in Satyaprem Ki Katha alongside Kartik Aaryan.
