New Delhi: Ram Charan is currently in the USA to promote his film 'RRR' ahead of the Academy Awards. 'RRR' has been nominated in the Best Original Song category for 'Naatu Naatu'. Recently, Ram Charan recommended four Indian films for his international fans to watch. One of them was a Hindi film while the rest were all Telugu. Ram Charan also chose his four favourite Hollywood films which he could watch over and over again.

In an interview with Letterboxd, Ram Charan was asked about other Indian films which audiences want to watch after 'RRR'. The actor picked out three Telugu films, including one of his super hit films 'Rangasthalam', 'SS Rajamouli's 'Baahubali' and 'Danna Veera Soora Karna'. Ram Charan also mentioned the Hindi cult classic 'Mr. India' starring Sridevi and Anil Kapoor. "Many classics coming from my region in the south of India - Danna Veera Soora Karna. I would say Mr India. It's a beautiful story done by Mr. Shekhar Kapur who did Elizabeth. I think Baabubali, Mr Rajamouli's previous film and my film Rangasthalam."

Ram Charan also spoke about his Hollywood favourites and said, "I can start... One of my favourite films is [The] Notebook and then Terminator 2. You know, those big LED discs which we used to get back in those days. I used to watch it a couple of times a week and I've started counting and it was 50, probably 50 times. I would have watched the film. That's how much I love that movie. Gladiator. All Quentin Tarantino movies. I like Inglorious Bastards. One of my favourites."

On Wednesday, SS Rajamouli, Ram Charan and music composer MM Keeravaani were present at a sold-out screening of 'RRR' in Los Angeles. They also participated in a Q&A session in the theatre.

The 95th Academy Awards will take place on March 12, 2023. Meanwhile, Ram Charan has been making several TV appearances and doing press talks ahead of the Oscars night.
