New Delhi: The third season of the popular web series 'Hostel Daze' came out this week, bringing more comedy and fun. With each season, the web series follows the lives of a group of friends living in a hostel of an engineering college, giving viewers a glimpse into the life of college students. Late comedian Raju Srivastava also appears in the series, streaming on Amazon Prime Video. This has drawn further attention to the series. He essays the role of a tea vendor stationed outside the hostel.
Earlier, the first two seasons of the show were briefly recapped in the teaser of the third season, and the narrator then described how each year in an engineering student hostel is unusual. The third season of 'Hostel Daze' is about third year of the students in the engineering college, which the narrator refers to as the ‘hostel’s mid-life crisis’.
Later, Jhantoo (Nikhil Vijay) rallies a group of students in a protest against the college before irate security personnel scatter the mob. This is followed by a montage of the numerous guests who appear on the show this season. Fans also spotted Raju Srivastava, who portrays a vendor in the campus. Several fans became emotional after seeing the recently deceased comedian.

In 'Hostel Daze', six college students' daily lives and experiences to living in a hostel is captured. By overcoming the obstacles put in their path, they show the journey that every hosteler has.
In the third season, we learn more about the characters' lives as they attempt to deal with the stressful period they are experiencing in their final year of college.
Meanwhile, Adarsh Gourav, who portrayed the title character of Ankit in the first two seasons, is not a part of the show, which has upset fans. 'Hostel Daze' released on November 16 on the streaming platform Amazon Prime Video.
