New Delhi: Vedaant Madhavan, the son of actor R Madhavan who is an ace swimmer and has won many medals for his country, is now learning to drive a car. Galadari Motor Driving Centre, a Dubai-based driving school, shared a video from his first driving lesson on social media. This video has gone viral and netizens are taken aback to see the star kid learn to drive in a luxury car. 


In the video, Vedaant is seen sitting inside a luxury car, dressed in a white T-shirt and black shorts. The video starts with Vedaant saying, "Hi, I am Vedaant Madhavan, and today I am at the Galadari Motor Driving Centre. I just passed my theory exam, and now I am with my amazing instructor to learn how to drive. I am driving this amazing Porsche, and I can’t wait to get my licence." It then shows him wearing the seatbelt and also gives the glimpse of the car's interiors.






It took no time for netizens to drop their comments after watching the video. Seeing him learn to drive in a Porsche, one of them wrote, "I learned on a Audi so ya 1 more step to climb", while another one wrote, "Maruti 800 vaale assemble".  A comment also read, "Maruti 800 left the chat 😭." "I’m learning to drive in Alto 😭😂😂," wrote another. An Instagram user joked, "Ones who learnt on 800 Please raise your hand."


Another user wrote, "My dad made to learn driving in his business commercial van (force minidor) to save his car from me which was brand new at that time. You are lucky to have Porsche"


Madhavan, who has carved his niche in the Indian film industry, have no plans to push his son to join the film industry, unless he wishes to be in the showbiz. Earlier, the actor had said in an interview with The New Indian Express, "I am very happy that Vedaant is following his dream, he has a long way to go."
