The news of comedian Bob Saget’s demise has left actor Priyanka Chopra extremely saddened. Taking to Instagram Story, Priyanka wrote, “End of an era. Rest in power Bob Saget.”
Bob Saget, best known for his portrayal of widowed dad Danny Tanner on the sitcom ‘Full House’, was found dead on Sunday in his hotel room in Orlando, reported The Hollywood Reporter.
“We are devastated to confirm that our beloved Bob passed away today. He was everything to us and we want you to know how much he loved his fans, performing live and bringing people from all walks of life together with laughter,” Bob Saget’s family said in a statement.
The cause of death of the comedian has not been reported yet. He was pronounced dead by the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
Bob Saget, 65, had just started a new comedy tour across the US, in the city of Jacksonville, Florida. A few hours before his demise, Bob also wrote about it in his last social media post.
Sharing a photo of himself, the late comedian wrote, "Okay, I loved tonight’s show @pontevedra_concerthall in Jacksonville. Really nice audience. Lots of positivity. Happened last night in Orlando last night at the Hard Rock Live too. Very appreciative and fun audiences." "I had no idea I did a two hour set tonight. I’m back in comedy like I was when I was 26. I guess I’m finding my new voice and loving every moment of it," he added.
