Anupam Shyam Death: Heartfelt tributes & condolences messages are pouring in on social media from film and television industry for late veteran actor.
Veteran actor Anupam Shyam breathed his last on Sunday, the 63-year-old actor, who is known for his role in multiple television shows and films, passed away late on Sunday night. The actor, who was more recently known for his role of Thakur Sajjan Singh in the show "Mann Ki Pratigya 2" died due to multiple organ failure. The actor wasn't keeping well from last few years and was also on dialysis.
Heartfelt tributes & condolences messages are pouring in on social media from film and television industry for late veteran actor. Manoj Bajpayee, who had worked with Anupam Shyam in ‘Satya’, wrote, “Rest in peace my friend! You loved it fully both as an actor and as a person! Bahut yaad aaoge, Delhi aur Mumbai me bitaye din bhi yaad aayenge ! Jiya achha jiya mere dost, Prabhu tumhari aatma ko shanti de."
Actor Manoj Joshi had posted on Twitter, “Saddened by the demise of my friend and very talented actor Anupam Shyam ji. We have lost a great man. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. Om Shanti."
Filmmaker Ashoke Pandit had shared, “Sad to know about the demise of one of the finest actors and a great human being Anupam Shyam due to multiple organ failure. My heartfelt condolences to his family. A great loss to the film and TV industry. Om shanti."
TV actress Tina Philip, who played his onscreen daughter-in-law in Pratigya 2, penned a heartfelt note this morning, mourning his demise.
Actress/filmmaker Kashmera Shah also shared a post about his sad demise and captioned it as, "So sad to see you go Anupam Shyamji. May your soul rest in peace."
In 2020, the actor was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit and had started his dialysis. Cine And TV Artists Associated (CINTAA) had appealed on behalf of the actor to provide financial help. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had announced Rs 20 lakh assistance for the treatment of the actor. Bollywood actor Sonu Sood had also come forward for help.
