It's time for Navratri and the nation is all set to welcome the Goddess as she visits her paternal abode for 10 days. As citizens gear up for the festivities, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has a surprise in store for all. Little did we know about his songwriting skills when he made an announcement on social media about his song launch this Navratri.

The song titled 'Garbo' was penned by our Prime Minister years ago, but it comes into the limelight today as the music video was launched on YouTube just a few hours back.

Produced by Jjust Music, the peppy number oozes festive vibes taking the internet by storm as it garners over 189K views in just 2 hours' time.

Talking about the song, Jjust Music wrote, "FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER with lyrics penned by none other than the one and only- Narendra Modi, GARBO transports us to witness the dynamic culture of Gujarat during Navratri through Tanishk Bagchi & Dhvani Bhanushali's musical magic which is directed by Nadeem Shah! So grab your squad, get your dandiyas and ghaghras ready, and let 'Garbo' be your Navaratri anthem!"

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared the news of dropping a song written by him this Navratri. In the note, he thanks Dhvani Bhanushali, Tanishk Bagchi and others who were involved in the production of the song. But that's not all, there is another song written by him, which is yet to be launched.

"Thank you @dhvanivinod, Tanishk Bagchi and the team of @Jjust_Music for this lovely rendition of a Garba I had penned years ago! It does bring back many memories. I have not written for many years now but I did manage to write a new Garba over the last few days, which I will share during Navratri. #SoulfulGarba," wrote PM Modi

Apart from him, Dhvani Bhanushali also took to the social media platform and shared a clip of the music video. She wrote, "Dear @narendramodi Ji, #TanishkBagchi and I loved Garba penned by you and we wanted to make a song with a fresh rhythm, composition and flavour. @Jjust_Music helped us bring this song and video to life."

Jackky Bhagnani also took to Twitter to say that the track is here to make Navaratri celebrations extra special.

Taking to the comments section, netizens were full of praise.
