Paulina Ophelia Sophie’s journey from a young girl in Munich, Germany, to a rising star in New York's art scene has been remarkable. Known for her ability to connect deeply with her characters, Paulina is quickly making a name for herself in the entertainment world.

Her career started with A Sketch of New York, her debut performance, which  opened doors to new opportunities. One of her most impactful projects has been The Loss, a film based on the true story of Mia Neri, a young girl diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. Written and directed by Mias cousin and Mahal, the movie delves into grief, identity, and human relationships.

Originally auditioning for the role of Mia, Paulina was later cast as Maggie, a character navigating personal struggles and profound loss. “Playing Maggie changed my perspective as an actor,” Paulina shares. “The role was emotionally intense, but it helped me grow in ways I never imagined.”

The loss premiered at the prestigious Parco Della Musica in Rome, an experience Paulina describes as both humbling and exciting. Her heartfelt portrayal of Maggie earned her wide acclaim and marked her as an actor to watch.

Following this success, Paulina starred in Shooting Zombies, a hard-hitting play by Jim Morse. Premiering at the Point Theatre in New York, this production tackles the trauma of gun violence. Paulina’s role as a teacher  brought raw emotion to the stage, helping the audience understand the profound impact of senseless violence.

“Shooting Zombies is a powerful play,” Paulina explains. “It addresses real issues and the pain communities face after such tragedies. I’m proud to be part of it.”

Outside of acting, Paulina is pursuing her passion for storytelling through writing. She is currently working on her first full-length screenplay. “Writing gives me another way to share meaningful stories,” she says. “It’s hard work but so rewarding.”

With her dedication to tackling important topics and creating emotional connections, Paulina is building a career filled with purpose. Whether on screen or stage, she continues to leave a lasting impact with her performances.

As Paulina takes on new challenges, her commitment to meaningful storytelling and her powerful acting skills make her someone to watch in the years ahead.
