New Delhi: Politician Raghav Chadha and actor Parineeti Chopra are all set to get engaged on May 13 in a traditional ceremony at Kapurthala House, Connaught Place, Delhi. There will reportedly be 150 guests in the ceremony.

While Parineeti will most likely be dressed up in a Manish Malhotra ensemble for the event, Raghav has chosen a minimalist achkan designed by fashion designer Pawan Sachdeva. Their outfits for the evening will be colour-coordinated.

According to Hindustan Times, Sachdeva has designed a mid-thigh ivory achkan in pure khadi silk teamed with ivory pants and a matching kurta with texturing on the collar, placket and cuffs.

“Raghav prefers to keep it minimal and classy, so I haven’t done any kind of work on the achkan. I have added a subtle hint of colour with the blush pink lining inside the achkan and a pocket square in the same hue,” the designer told Hindustan Times.

Earlier on Tuesday, the couple were clicked at the Delhi airport. In the video, doing the rounds on social media, they are seen walking toward their car and not stopping to pose, despite paps asking them to do so.

Photographers asked Parineeti and Raghav, ‘Shaadi mein bula rahe ho kya?’ Both were seen laughing at the comment. Raghav smiled when the photographers said, ‘Bhai bhabhi, congratulations.’

The two were also spotted watching an IPL match between Punjab Kings and Mumbai Indians in Mohali.  The two waved at fans who were seen shouting and gesturing at them from below the stands. In one of the videos, the crowd can be seen shouting ‘Parineeti Bhabhi Zindabad’, and the actor was seen laughing at the chants.

The two became the talk of the town when they were spotted twice in Mumbai in March. Since then, they have been spotted together many times.

Though the couple has stayed mum about their relationship status, Parineeti’s co-star Harrdy Sandhu had confirmed their relationship and claimed that he even congratulated her. Also, Rajya Sabha Member Sanjeev Arora congratulated the two on their ‘union’ on Twitter.
