Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar: Sanjay Leela Bhansali dropped his long-awaited debut web series, ‘Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar’, on Netflix on May 1. The new series, based on the lives of Tawaifs from the walled city of Lahore, is the hot new thing internet users are talking about. Although not many fans were impressed with Bhansali’s period drama, which opened to mixed reactions, they can’t stop talking about one character: Tajdar Baloch, played by Taha Shah Badussha.

The 'Heeramandi' series boasts a stellar ensemble cast including Sonakshi Sinha, Manisha Koirala, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Sheikh, and Sharmin Segal, along with Fardeen Khan, Shekhar Suman, and Adhyayan Suman. However, among the actors, Taha Shah stole the spotlight in the epic period drama series.

Although fans have labelled Sharmin Segal’s role as Alamzeb a miscasting, they are surely crushing on her on-screen love interest.

We totally get it, Alam!

Here's what the internet is saying about Tajdar Baloch

"Okay, but let's talk about how good the guy who plays Tajdar is. I absolutely loved his track with Alamzeb. My only gripe is that it would've been better if they cast someone else instead of Sharmin," a user posted on Reddit, and people took no time to give that a thumbs up.
