Jessica Madsen, known for her role in the web series ‘Bridgerton’, celebrated Pride Month by sharing a message on Instagram. The actor took to Instagram to share a post revealing that she is in love with a woman. The post featured artwork celebrating LGBTQIA+ pride, a historical picture of the Stonewall Riots, and a close-up selfie of Madsen.

On Saturday, Jessica took to Instagram to share a post in support of Pride Month. The actor also posted a selfie, in which she is posing for the camera in a close-up. She is seen donning a colourful tie-dyed T-shirt, rainbow rhinestones on her face, and a bucket hat reading, "Love Supreme.”.


“In love with a woman, loud about it and proud about it,” she captioned the post.






Bridgerton cast shows support to Jessica Madsen


Jessica’s Instagram followers, including her ‘Bridgerton’ co-stars Nicola Coughlan, Jonathan Bailey, Hannah Dodd, and Joanna Bobin, showered her with love and support. 


Actor Nicola Coughlan, who plays Penelope Featherington, commented several heart emojis, while Jonathan Bailey, who stars as Anthony Bridgerton, shared a heart and raising hands emoji.


Actor Joanna Bobin, who plays Lady Cowper, wroet, "Go baby girl! Love you”.  Actor Hannah Dodd, who plays Francesca Bridgerton in the period drama, also expressed her support, writing: "Love youuuuuu" with a yellow heart emoji.


This isn’t the first time Madsen has opened up about her identity and sexuality. In the past, she opened up about her identity in a similar Instagram post. 


Back in 2023, she shared a post that read, “Bisexuals are not 'confused'" and "bi af”. 


On the work front, Jessica Madsen plays Cressida Cowper in the popular Netflix series. She will reprise her role in the second part of ‘Bridgerton’ season 3, which starts streaming on Netflix from June 13.
