New Delhi: Bollywood actress Neha Dhupia made her debut with the 2003 film ‘Qayamat: City Under Threat’. She, however, rose to fame when she starred in the 2005 movie ‘Sheesha’. Though she did not appear in many films, she has made a name for herself in the industry and has also been a judge on several reality shows.

Neha Dhupia got married to Angad Bedi in a private ceremony on May 10, 2018. The couple has a lovely daughter – Mehr. Neha, who is an avid social media user, keeps on sharing glimpses of her life as a mother on her Instagram. Neha shared a picture of her breastfeeding and requested the people to ‘normalise’ and ‘not sexualise’ breastfeeding.

Neha Dhupia shared a long note which read, “The journey of a new mum is something only she can understand. While we all hear the happy side, it is also a huge responsibility and emotionally draining. It's hard enough to be a mum and do all that there is to do. The last thing we need is to be questioned, mocked and worst of all trolled. I went through the same beats and I know how hard it is .”

The ‘Chup Chup Ke’ actress also shared the screenshot and called out the user who asked for a ‘breastfeeding video’. Neha continued, “Thank you @crazylilmum for sharing this and calling this individual out. 👉 ( krrishtherocker1987 ) A mother has her choice of how and where she chooses to feed or breastfeed her child. However, time and time again we see people looking at breastfeeding mothers in a sexual manner.”

Dhupia concluded her statement and said, “This insensitive comment is an example of why it makes it awkward for moms in our country. They must be called out. ... let’s normalise breast feeding 🤱 not sexualise it.”

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Neha Dhupia will be next seen starring in ‘Sanak’.
